You guys might know Daniel Allen Cox (not to be confused with DB Cox) from his story "Snort" that was in the Year of the Thief compilation. Daniel just released a book with Dusty Owl Press out of Ottawa, called "Tattoo This Madness In."
It's the best story about a Jehova's Witness acting badly since "Orgazmo." The book's main character is Damian Spitz, a young man who has been brought up influenced by the Church of Deluded Bozoship. He's a jay-dub. Unlike the rest of his contemporaries, Damian decides to think for himself, and soon starts his own church (cult?), complete with ritual tattooing, punk music and hedonistic sex acts with any and all jay-dub youth he's able to DF (disfellowship). Not all of them are able to handle the freedom he's aiming to dish out, and when one of them commits suicide, Damian is forced to take his rampant subversion as far as he's able.
This book is sexually intense along the lines of Delphine Lecompte, although decidedly North American in flavor (Cox is Canadian, but the book takes place on the throbbing vein of America's wang, Florida). If you were down with the queer skinhead murder games of "Snort" this might be worth checking out as well. You can find ordering info in Daniel's blog here:
