I need to clean out some inventory and clear some quick cash for one of those special Thieves Jargon Press projects you guys have been hearing about, something I hope to have well underway by the end of September. Pretty soon, the Jargon will be the best known literary journal in pretty much the entire world. And we're talking bigger than everybody, print OR online, or other technologies not yet dreamt of..
But first thing's first. Gotta bring in that cash...
I'm offering a package of the two Thieves Jargon Press books released so far, "Kittens in the Boiler" by Delphine Lecompte and "Year of the Thief", the absolute best of the first 80 issues of Thieves Jargon, for $20. This price includes shipping. You save more than $10.
This is a pretty good chance for new fans of the Jargon to catch up on our back catalogue as we move towards the release of our third book sometime this fall. It's also a chance for the old-school slacker fans to get their act together. And it's also a good time to tell your friends who might not know that this is the place they can find some of the best contemporary underground (for now) writing in print.
If you're down, you can send a check or concealed cash to: Thieves Jargon Press PO Box 2064 Salem, MA 01970
Or feel free to email me, and we can work out some Paypal action.

Hey Ricky Rialto,
Not cool of you to be discouraging ED from selling books.
As an author who uses "tough talk" to move my own "product", I can vouch for the fact that it's tough to compete with all the other advertising out there.
Tough talk works. Gotta get with the market realities.
